Sage 50 Canadian Edition Download – Easy Way

The purpose of this article is to identify which download you need to install. If you use the wrong link to install Sage 50, you will get an error message.

For existing users that already have Sage 50 installed:

• The currently supported full versions are Sage 50 2021.3 and Sage 50 2022.2
• There are 4 downloads available for you to choose:
  • The full version of 2022.2 – Sage 50 2022 – Canadian Edition: Full Product
  • The 2022.2 version update for those that have 2022.0 or 2022.1 already installed – Download Sage 50 – Canadian Edition 2022.2 Product Update
  • The full version of 2021.3 – Sage 50 2021 – Canadian Edition: Full Product
  • The 2021.3 version update for those that have 2021.0 through 2021.2 already installed – Download Sage 50 – Canadian Edition 2021.3 Product Update

For new users that never installed Sage 50 before:

• Install the full version of Sage 50 2022 – Sage 50 2022 – Canadian Edition: Full Product
• Install the full version of Sage 50 2021 – Sage 50 2021 – Canadian Edition: Full Product

For users that installed the latest trial version:

• After downloading the trial version using the same link above, you have the option of installing Pro, Premium, Quantum or the Accountant Edition (see image below)
  • If you have purchased Sage 50 and received a serial number, see KB 11852 How to activate Sage 50 CA
  • If you did not purchase Sage 50 yet:
    • when you decide to purchase Sage 50, you may need to uninstall the trial version and reinstall Sage 50 using the same link and your emailed serial number activation info
  • If you use Sage 50 Premium in the trial version, when you go ahead with purchasing, you should request a Premium license (Pro will not be able open the data file you created in the trial version
  • If you use Sage 50 Quantum in the trial version, when you go ahead with purchasing, you should request a Quantum license (Pro and Premium will not be able open the data file you created in the trial version)
